Wecome to the Sunrise news

 “God Has Already Won”

This Sunday at 9:30 AM you are invited to worship with us and to share in message #6 of our current series on the book of Revelation. Our focus will be on chapters 10 & 11, which you are encouraged to read by clicking on this LINK. We hope you can join us!

Foundations class

Our Foundations theology course is back! Starting Sunday evening, February 19, we will offer another six week series of classes designed to help you understand the foundational teachings of the Christian faith. In conjunction with our current message series on the book of Revelation, we’ll be focusing on eschatology, or the Bible’s teaching about the end of history.  For more information, contact our office 559-686-5345 or email us at office@sunrisecommunity.org.

Come Grow With Us

Every Wednesday at 6PM on the Sunrise campus, we offer activities and study groups for the spiritual growth of the whole family. SHinE is for elementary students and our Transformed group is geared to jr. high.  We also have men’s and women’s Bible study groups. We invite you to check it out and to grow with us!

High School Youth Night

On Sundays at 6PM, all students in grades 9-12 are invited to our high school youth group activities on the Sunrise campus.  For more information, contact Greg at 559-967-4237

Revelation Study in Spanish

On Thursdays at 6:30 PM, we invite all Spanish speakers to Sunrise to learn more about the previous Sunday morning message from Revelation.  For more information contact Martin at (559) 217-0086.

Connecting With God Through His Word

We start a new week of Bible Reading with Psalm 117. We’ll also be reading 1 Timothy 1-6  along with some chapters in the Gospels Mathew and Mark. Find hope, peace and a connection with Jesus as you take time everyday to read God’s Word. Printed versions are also available on the information table located in the worship center.

Giving Is Healthy

Studies show that grateful people enjoy better overall health than ungrateful people, which is not a surprise to God!  The Bible tells us, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”  At Sunrise, we invite you to grow in your spiritual health by considering a financial gift to our ministry. To give, just go to our website www.sunrisecommunity.org and click on the Donate tab. You can also use the  Generosity by Lifeway phone app, or give by texting “@sunrisecc” to 520-14. Your checks send to PO 1319, Tulare CA 93274 and cash are also welcome and can be placed in our offering box or in the bag during our offering time.  For details, contact us by emailing office@sunrisecommunity.org or calling 559-686-5345.
